Yes, our leases run from month to month.
If I move in during the middle of the month, is the fee prorated?
Yes, we prorate your rent based on the date you moved in.
What are the move-in procedures?
You’ll provide us with some basic information, including your name, address, driver’s license information, place of employment and phone
When is rent due?
Regardless of when you move in, rent is due on the first of the month.
Do you offer discounts if I pay more than one month’s rent in advance?
Yes. Pay six months up-front and get a 5% discount over the entire six months. The discount is applied
What happens if my rent is late?
We allow you a grace period of 4 day. If your rent is not paid by the 4th of
